Dr Jack graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2014 where she studied at the Rural Clinical School in Shoalhaven. She then completed her junior medical years at Nepean Hospital gaining experience in Surgery, Emergency medicine and Critical Care.
Rachel has special interest in skin cancer management, the health of our local primary producers, antenatal care and minor surgical procedures. Rachel has also completed training for intrauterine device insertion (such as Mirena, Kyleena and copper IUD)
In her spare time Dr Jack enjoys being outdoors with her horses on her family farm South-West of Bathurst.

Dr. Chong began her medical journey after graduating from First Moscow State Medical University, Russia in 2012. Dr Chong then returned to her hometown in Malaysia where she completed internship and further training in emergency medicine until 2018.
Dr Chong moved to Australia in 2018 where she was introduced to our healthcare system in Mt Isa Hospital, Queensland. Chean completed her Australian Medical Council (AMC) exams in 2019 and then continued her training in Emergency medicine where she qualified as an early advanced trainee in 2021.
Dr Chong decided to pursue a career in General Practice and joined Macquarie Family Medical Centre in 2022 where she is enjoying the unique scope of practice and community involvement that General Practice has to offer. Dr Chong has a special interest the emerging evidence of medicinal cannabis and is a registered medicinal cannabis prescriber.
With over a decade of expertise in the field of medicine, Ahmed has dedicated the past four years to practicing in Australia. His experience spans both adult and paediatric medicine, with notable contributions at three prominent Sydney hospitals: Westmead Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital Network, and Nepean Hospital.
Ahmed holds a special focus on paediatrics and chronic disease.
